Deanna has taught dance since she was fourteen years old. Growing up the daughter of a tap teacher and studio owner, Deanna got the bug for teaching early on and continues to be passionate about it. She has taught at Joffrey, Broadway Dance Center, Kansas City Ballet, Syracuse University, Institute for American Musical Theatre, as well as masterclasses around the country. When she is not onstage, she can be found in a studio sharing her love of dance and attempting to change the world, one dégagé at a time.

Testimonials
"Taking class from Deanna can truly make one fall in love with ballet. She brings a warmth, kindness and humor into a room that transforms it into a safe space to try new things and take risks. She is a master of her craft, a working dancer whose artistry takes your breathe away, a wealth of knowledge and a true teacher at heart. Her classes both taught me how to improve upon and enjoy ballet again."
-Josh R., ballet student at Broadway Dance Center
"Being an educator isn't easy, and not everyone is cut out for it. Deanna Doyle was BORN to spread her light, joy, and love of ballet to the public! She is sweet, kind, and employs props and visual examples to help make her lessons easy to understand. I always look forward to Deanna's class because I know I'm going to a low pressure environment where I will receive gentle but technically accurate instruction! Run, don't walk, to Deanna's next class."
-Cindy W., ballet student at Broadway Dance Center
"Deanna has a special talent for teaching each student in her class in an individualized way. Every exercise is explained, and she actually dances each one, so you are learning from her, not the person in front or in back of you! Laughing, having fun, and asking questions are all permitted. Her special blend of talent, teaching skills, and personable manner, make her an extraordinary teacher. "
-Jane Labanz, professional actress, singer, musician, and vocal instructor

"I took Deanna Doyle’s ballet class and loved it. Her style, her beauty, her immense talent and great taste in music. Then I found out she also was teaching Theatre Dance and took that as well, what a JOY , the entire class, across the floor, the choreography all so joyful tasteful and fun!! Then I found out she also teaches TAP the girl can do it all and do it beautifully, Incredible talent, coach, artist, friend. Certainly she belongs on Broadway but I guess in between shows she can teach us some tricks. Highly recommend this force of nature teacher."
